A fascination for the unique style and artistry of scrapbooking and an established career in digital art are what led Connie Haley to develop the Paper Heart and Freshcut Studio art collections. A native of Michigan, Connie now enjoys living in East Texas with her husband and two children. Connie says “I have the most fun scrapbooking when I can create all the elements of a page from background papers to stickers and accents. It’s a very personal, creative process, which is why I think that scrapbooking is so popular today. There are no rules to follow. Your only limitation is your imagination!”
